Our Story

Made for the People Behind Every Flight.

Hearing comfort is a normal part of the routine in plenty of other professions. In aviation, it is rarely talked about at all. JetPlugs exists to change that.

The mission

A quieter duty day, taken seriously.

Cabin crew spend their working lives inside a constant wash of background noise — engines, air systems, service, announcements, hundreds of conversations at once. It is simply part of the environment, and because it is always there, it tends to go unexamined.

Our mission is to make hearing comfort a more familiar part of the cabin crew routine: something considered alongside rest, hydration and footwear rather than an afterthought.

That means a product built for the realities of the job — discreet, comfortable over long periods, and designed to reduce background noise without shutting out the cabin you are responsible for.

How we work

Three things we hold to.

  • Say what we know

If we have not had something tested, we do not quote a number for it. Where verified data exists, we publish it and name the source.

  • Comfort is the brief

A product that is uncomfortable after two hours is not useful across a duty day. Extended wear is the condition everything else is designed around.

  • Policy comes first

We do not position JetPlugs as a workaround for any operational rule. Your airline's policies and safety requirements always take priority.

About this page: JetPlugs is a new brand. We have deliberately not published a founder story, company history, development timeline or team details here, because none of that information has been supplied for this site. It will be added once confirmed rather than written to fill the space.

Your Ears Matter.

You take care of passengers every day. Make hearing comfort part of your own routine.
